Advanced expert course in rural and agricultural property valuation
1 hours

Specialist training in valuing rural and agricultural land to develop sustainable projects in the countryside. Includes theory, practical methods and analysis of the agricultural property market.

Course description

The advanced expert course in rural and agricultural property valuation responds to the growing interest in this type of property, driven by the rise of remote working, technological advances and better infrastructure, all of which make it easier to move to more sustainable rural settings. The course offers a comprehensive view based on the circular economy, local development and respect for the environment.

You will learn to value rural properties taking into account their many current legal uses, such as rural tourism, eco-villages, coworking and coliving spaces, as well as cultural, leisure and training activities. The course emphasises the balance between environmental, social and economic factors, promoting cultural revitalisation and support for local communities through productive, artisan-based initiatives.

Aimed at professionals in the property, agricultural and rural sectors, or anyone wishing to specialise in valuing and marketing rural properties, this training combines technical rigour with practical experience. It explores valuation methods, land market analysis, report writing and new business opportunities in rural areas in depth.

This training is ideal for anyone looking to broaden their skills with an up-to-date, sustainable perspective on the rural and agricultural property sector.
