Food hygiene course

Course description
This training is a legal requirement for anyone whose work brings them into direct or indirect contact with food
The law requires businesses to inform customers of the presence of any of the allergens listed in the Regulation in any product served on their premises, whether it is a component of the food itself or present in any of the ingredients used to make it.
