Course description
The care home management and leadership course offers comprehensive training in the skills needed to administer and organise social care centres for older people. During this online course, students will learn to manage human and material resources effectively, promoting high-quality care and ensuring that residents' rights are respected.
The training is especially aimed at professionals interested in running and managing residential care homes and other social services centres, as well as anyone wishing to broaden their knowledge of health and social care administration. The online format offers complete flexibility, fitting around the student's schedule without compromising academic rigour or quality.
