60 hours

Organic Law 3/2007 on effective equality between women and men requires companies to promote working conditions that prevent sexual and sex-based harassment, with specific procedures for preventing and handling it.

Course description

Article 7.1 of Law 3/2007 on effective equality between men and women defines sexual harassment as any behaviour of a sexual nature intended to violate a person's dignity.

The difference between sexual harassment and workplace harassment is that the former has a sexual motive.

The difference between sexual harassment and sexual harassment at work lies in where it takes place: in the second case, it happens at work.

Sexual harassment at work can have serious consequences for the person harassed, both within the company and in their family and social life

  • Provide a tool to help companies implement the preventive measures needed to eradicate such behaviour from the workplace.
